All Orders are shipped via U.P.S ground (see shipping chart below) or Fedex Express air if ground delivery is not available in your area (Outside the Continental U.S) We no longer ship Fedex ground. Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and may ship in more then one package box. (at no additional cost) Rush orders will be charged a $3.00 rush fee in addition to air shipping charges and are shipped same day if received before 12 pm Pacific time by phone. We cannot guarantee online orders to go out same day in all cases. If you need it rushed, you must call in your order! Next day air orders placed on Fridays before 12.00 pm will arrive on Monday unless specify Saturday delivery. Note Saturday delivery is not available in all areas! Orders shipped to Canada are charged 40% of the total order amount and ship from Canadian Post. Note: Orders are sent to our processing department as soon as they are received, so please double check to ensure your order is complete.
